With so many different real estate strategies available it can appear daunting and somewhat confusing to know which one to pick and then when you do what are the steps you need to take to be successful.

The BRRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance and Repeat) strategy, along with buy and hold, appealed most to me exactly for those reasons and because I was able to take my money and make more money with that money!
