Client Coaching Calls

This form below is a requirement. This form needs to be filled out and submitted by 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time at least two days prior to your scheduled coaching call. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in automatic forfeiture of call and it will not be rescheduled.

Additionally, if the Client fails to call in for their scheduled coaching time it will result in automatic forfeiture of call and it will not be rescheduled. If the Client fails to complete the prior call’s assignment/instruction, the subsequent call will be forfeited or terminated early and will not be rescheduled.

Both Client and Company understand that either party may need to reschedule calls from time to time. This is acceptable as long as a minimum of 36 hours advance notice is given.
