Natalie is an Orange County native who graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing in 2015. After a couple postgraduate years working 9-5 in marketing, she found that it wasn’t the lifestyle she had pictured for herself, and decided to take a shot at hosting her family’s Big Bear, CA vacation home on Airbnb in December 2017. 

Four years later, she has expanded Airbnb hosting into her full-time career, and is a 12x Superhost managing 8 Airbnb listings – two of which are her own Airbnb Plus properties. She has also been recruited by Airbnb to serve as an Airbnb Ambassador, hosting free weekly webinars on their platform, and coaching new and experienced hosts on how to start or expand their short-term rental businesses.

Jacqueline focuses on student housing in Windsor, Ontario. She saw an opportunity to get into a different asset class by offering high-end student rentals that few others were offering in the area. She offered shorter-term stays and was accomodating with her tenants during a very uncertain time.

Jacqueline jumped into every available resource and did a ton of networking and attended webinars, binge listened to podcasts, and surrounded herself with other like-minded people.
