He started investing in real estate in 2013 in Oakville by buying a small condo. His strategy has now grown to include larger multi-family properties for cash flow. He’s more and more the active partner working with investors that bring in the funds and or credit. David shared how investors can use blanket mortgages to keep scaling their portfolios. Financing is a major pain point for most investors and this strategy can greatly help investors get out of the traditional residential financing.
