Alex & Kaely Pal are the owners of Pal Property Solutions, a real estate solutions company located in Hamilton, Ontario. They specialize in solving complex real estate matters for home buyers, sellers, and investors.
In addition, their company buys and redevelops single or multi-family properties throughout Southern Ontario with a goal of rejuvenating neighbourhoods, providing safe, reliable housing, and encouraging homeownership.
Their goal of business is to fund the perfect life, and that life is one by design, not by default. Alex and Kaely primarily focus on the BRRRR model and flip projects. Currently, they have acquired an 8 plex in Hamilton and a mixed-use property where they will be severing their first lot.
From business partners to Husband and Wife team, Alex and Kaely have got all of the bases covered. Both being Hamilton locals, they have a deep-rooted love and admiration for being part of their generation’s renaissance and contributing towards the growth of towns all across Southern Ontario.
