Shawn’s life changed completely after he read Robert Kiyosaki’s books 7 years ago when he learned how to invest in real estate. He began buying cash-flowing assets. It was a tough beginning with no cash and living paycheque to paycheque. He hustled and took on up to 3 jobs at once to buy his first investment properties. While doing this, he became obsessed with real estate investing and absorbed all the content he could – podcasts, YouTube videos, mentors, etc. As a new real estate investor, his goals changed along the way as he quickly surpassed his 5-year plan. He’s now doing development in Belize and much more! His main tips are to take action by finding out what’s driving you? Accountability is also an important part of any successful investor.
