Georges started in 2017 after going to university, getting a job, and then getting fired. He then got his license as a realtor with the intention of becoming a real estate investor. His wife also owned a condo that she rented out and eventually sold to acquire a fourplex. He’s scaled from 1 to 17 properties in just under 4 years. His biggest leap happened when he got a coach to help him scale. Georges is now spending a lot more time managing his portfolio while selling less real estate. His net worth has grown substantially and he will eventually reap the rewards of all his sacrifices. It’s not an overnight process. Stabilizing the portfolio and smart growth are essentials for the future. Georges shared some challenges such as bedbugs and how to deal with lies. Make sure to save a final walkthrough!
