Brandon Williams is a Real Estate Investor and Contractor with 5 years of experience, executing construction and renovation projects for small to large firms in the Healthcare and Residential sectors. He has also built his real estate investing business with flipping.
He was born in Jamaica and in a competitive culture, he soon understood the importance of excelling. He now lives in Brampton, Ontario and has degrees and qualifications in Architecture and Architectural Technology and initially started working on Construction and Renovation of fire damaged houses which involved intense projects and long days that soon had him looking for alternative longer-term opportunities and came across real estate investing as a market to work in.
He generated over $90,000 in renovation project sales in a 6 month time period while successfully maintaining a 30% profit margin on all projects managed. He has managed the full life cycle of projects with over $1.2 Million in capital costs, including responsibility for multidisciplinary teams from 5-25 people.
