Today, Lane is investing in syndication’s that invest in Class C & B Multi-Family Apartment, RV Parks, mobile homes, and assisted living facilities because of the demand for affordable housing, not rich people Class-A assets. He currently owns 2,600+ units across the US. He lives in Honolulu, Hawaii and recently quit his day job as a Professional Engineer. He has an MS in Civil Engineering & Construction Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering.

His mission is to help regular people into good deals that were once only accessible to the rich.
