Monica Liscano is a self taught DIY renovator. She purchased her first house 5 years ago and rented out the rooms to cover the mortgage and renovated the house over 2.5 years. Monica then sold that property to purchase the next house which was converted to a duplex. She then refinanced the duplex to purchase a single home, fixed up the home and rented it out.
