These properties are great for the BRRRR strategy, Buy and Hold or flipping dependent on market cycles.

Sarah’s favourite property is her cottage in Lakefield that she BRRRR’d. That property is a 4 season waterfront property that rents for about $550 a night high season. Sarah also spends and enjoys it for herself and her family in between the renters. She has been able to enjoy her lakefront cottage while allowing renters to cover all costs.
