In fact, there are so few women investors that this week’s guest, Natasha Feghali noticed that there was a niche market and decided to start a women’s landlord group in Windsor, Ontario. Her message is that more women need to stand on their own two feet, invest in real estate to earn their own money on their terms and passive income is everything, it is a game-changer.

In fact, there are so few women investors that this week’s guest, Natasha Feghali noticed that there was a niche market and decided to start a women’s landlord group in Windsor, Ontario. Her message is that more women need to stand on their own two feet, invest in real estate to earn their own money on their terms and passive income is everything, it is a game-changer.

Natasha E. Feghali is one of the recipients of the 40 Under 40 United Way/ Leadership Windsor-Essex Award 2018 as well as numerous awards and recognitions; most notably the Sovereign Canadian Medal in 2015 for her dedication to education and the future of entrepreneurship and youth. Most recently she has received the Odyssey Award from the University of Windsor and has been published in a book on Women and Leadership in Ontario by the Elementary Teachers Federation. 

As the owner of Feghali Group Inc (FGI), an independently owned and operated rental homes, rental storage units and holding group, Natasha has helped build a strong portfolio of homes in the Windsor-Essex County Region and works with local and international investors as well. FGI pride themselves on giving the best quality care and expertise when it comes to rental homes as well as the community at large and delivering great service for clients and tenants. They currently have 10 suites and 3 storage spaces and are moving into commercial deals and the US market during 2020.

FGI is also committed to donating a portion of revenue to charity and has in the past donated to Build A Dream for the 2018 and 2019 Dreamer Day. FGI is also working with partners at RBC Bank, CIBC Bank and NK Real Estate Team as well as investors in order to continue to scale their growth in the real estate investment field and in the community.
