Managing Tenants 101, Legally

Being well-prepared when becoming a landlord can help make the process easier, particularly when dealing with challenging situations with tenants. This week’s guest is Andrew Choubeta, a paralegal that cares about landlords and their investments.

It’s still a very difficult system but a lot of progress has been made. Quick tip! If you have a short-term or midterm rental you can have a lease agreement but it must be attached to the Airbnb listing. Andrew explained what an N-11 is and how it is to be used.
