Oliver Manalese started investing in real estate when he was 18 years old. Initially, Oliver was looking for opportunities to help people and the RTO strategy was the perfect win-win scenario. By 24 he had acquired 4 properties with the tenant first strategy and it quickly grew to 20 deals per year. However, after a lot of self-reflection, he decided to go in a different direction and ended up leaving the real estate investment business ten years later. 

Oliver now runs a successful personal personal transformation consultancy . He is an expert in coaching successful entrepreneurs who feel spiritually bankrupt. With a focus on creating a meaningful life and making a difference, clients align their purpose with an impact-driven business.
